Minimum Order

The minimum order for Web Purchases is one dozen bottles of wine.
Orders can be made up of any combination of single bottles but must be in multiples of twelve.
Occasional exceptions do apply on "Web Only Specials" only.

Pricing

Our aim is to give best every-day pricing plus great Catalogue Specials and Web Specials.
All prices include GST. Prices shown do not include delivery charges.

Payments

Payments can be made by Credit Card only. Customers Card details are not kept by Chambers Cellars. These details are destroyed on completion of transaction.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, Amex and Diners Club Cards. Customers are notified by return email the confirmation (or rejection) of their order.

Shopping Trolley

Our aim is to make your on line shopping as easy as possible.
The shopping trolley can be used as a quick check of items already selected.
Quantities can be edited and changed if required and the order will be up dated by clicking on the “reset quantity” button and then proceed to "process order". Simply complete the information required correctly and confirm. You will be sent confirmation by return email.

Returns and Refunds

If in the event your purchase is faulty or wrongly described we will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the items**

Chambers Cellars is committed to complying with the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000, which commenced in December 2001, and the privacy provisions of all applicable legislation. This privacy policy covers all personal information we hold, that is, information, or an opinion, about an individual, whose identity is apparent, or can be reasonably ascertained, from that information or opinion. This includes information we have collected from people through our stores, over the phone through our phone orders and over the Internet.
The policy also covers personal information that we have sourced from third parties.

Delivery

Sydney metropolitan deliveries will be charged at a flat rate of $7.50 per dozen. FREE DELIVERY on 3 or more dozen wines in Sydney Metropolitan area, excludes cleanskins and beers. Non-metropolitan delivery rates can be quoted prior to delivery.

Chambers Cellars will endeavor to deliver all Sydney metropolitan order within 5 to 10 working days.
If the purchaser instructs Chambers Cellars to leave the order unattended at your delivery address, Chambers Cellars cannot accept responsibility for missing or damaged stock.
Stock found to be damaged in transit will be credited or replaced.
